I am sure that you know at least one person who has bad breath or halitosis. When you smelled that disgusting odor, you probably wished that person would learn how to treat halitosis as soon as possible. Another simple halitosis treatment would be to avoid foods that are causes of bad breath. Foods that are dense with proteins including fish, chicken, and beef should be eliminated from your diet. Many dairy products, such as cheese, milk, and ice cream, are also packed with proteins that the bacteria can just feast on. People who are lactose intolerant should especially avoid dairy foods because they have problems digesting these products. This will allow bacteria to feast on the protein they contain even longer which will make your breath smell even worse.
